This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on RespCode, operated by Respcode. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we've created this policy to be fair and transparent.

Credit Purchases

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund:

Partial Refunds

If you have used some of your purchased credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the unused portion, calculated on a pro-rata basis.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge, please contact us at support@respcode.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
