RespCode is an AI-powered code generation platform operated by Respcode that allows users to generate code using multiple AI models and execute it in secure sandbox environments. The Service operates on a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Credits are used to access our code generation and execution features. Credit costs vary based on the AI model used and the complexity of the request.

4.2 Purchases

All credit purchases are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate malicious code, malware, or code intended to harm systems
Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized resources
Generate content that violates laws or infringes on intellectual property
Abuse the sandbox environment or attempt to escape its boundaries
Resell or redistribute generated code as an automated service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the code generated for you. However, you acknowledge that similar code may be generated for other users with similar prompts. Respcode retains all rights to the Service, platform, and underlying technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that generated code will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before use in production.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESPCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
